This is a new role within Propulso, which means you’ll not only bridge the gap between our technology and client needs, but also help us shape the way Solutions Consulting is done here. You’ll bring structure, adapt quickly, and collaborate with leadership to define the best practices, tools, and processes that will support both current growth and future scale.

- Partner with Sales to uncover client problems and map them to Propulso use cases (site selection, trade areas, campaign lift, trail usage, etc.).
- Build ROI models, impact estimates, and executive-ready narratives that demonstrate business value.
- Lead POCs and pilots with clear success criteria; configure datasets and deliver impactful demos.
- Create reusable tools: playbooks, dashboards, value calculators, case studies, proposal content.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and continuously improve the pre-sales process (e.g., standardized demos, value frameworks, ROI templates).
Post-sales (≈60%)
- Translate new deals into value realization plans with measurable adoption milestones and KPIs.
- Support client analysts and power users through coaching, training, and QBR preparation.
- Identify opportunities for expansion (modules, seats, new geographies).
- Gather client feedback to inform Product and Engineering.
- Establish repeatable methods for tracking value realization and adoption milestones, ensuring scalability as the client base grows.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with RevOps to triage requests, track impact, and report on KPIs in HubSpot.
- Contribute to marketing through white papers, blog posts, and social media content.
- Act as an expert, bringing best practices from past experience and shaping the way Propulso delivers value to clients.
- Contribute to internal enablement by documenting playbooks and training colleagues on tools, frameworks, and workflows you help establish.
What you bring
- 5–10 years in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Value Engineering, or Analytics Consulting within SaaS or data-focused companies.
