Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist
Why this role exists
We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist to keep our commercial team laser-focused on growth. You’ll be the operational force behind our sales engine ensuring data accuracy, managing CRM workflows, optimizing prospecting lists, and preparing materials that help our sales leaders close faster.
This is not a traditional sales role, it’s for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves structure and analytics, and takes pride in enabling others to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Support prospecting: Build and maintain high-quality target lists in HubSpot for sales to prospect
- CRM co-management: Own data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and sales reporting dashboards.
- Sales enablement: Prepare proposals, quotes, and tailored decks; help optimize outreach templates and email sequences.
- Process optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and suggest automation or workflow improvements.
- Lead management: Track inbound and outbound leads, route them efficiently, and follow up to ensure no opportunity slips through.
- Sales intelligence: Monitor partner activity, pipeline metrics, and conversion data to support sales strategy decisions.
- Team coordination: Assist Sales and Executives with pre-meeting prep (account research, opportunity summaries, etc.).
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales ops, or revenue enablement ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong HubSpot CRM skills (or similar tools like Salesforce/Pipedrive).
Analytical mindset with basic reporting/Excel or data visualization skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication in French and English.
- A passion for helping sales teams win and for working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven tech company.
