What is Propulso?

Propulso is a web application that allows freelancers to save time on a daily basis and to devote more time to their job. Propulso allows you to manage clients, files, invoices, submissions, appointments and much more.

The software is accessible from everywhere and on all platforms (mobiles, tablets and computers).

Is Propulso made for me?

Propulso is easy to use, no matter how comfortable you are with technologies. Propulso targets mostly freelancers and small businesses.

If you want to easily manage your clients, invoices and appointments in the same software to save time and money, then Propulso is made for you.

How to begin?

Signing up is free and simple; visit this page to sign up.

Once registered, you get a free 30-day trial. During this trial, you will be able to explore all features without restriction.

Your Account

I already have my data and I would like to import it into Propulso.

No problem! We can import data into Propulso to avoid you extra work. Send us an email to discuss the details. Fees may apply depending on the complexity of your previous system.

Is my data safe?

The security of your data is a priority for us. Here are some technical measures we use.

  • All network communications through Propulso systems are done via HTTPS, TSL 1.2, ECDHE_RSA P-256 and AES_128_GCM. SSL certificates are renewed every 90 days and issued by Let's Encrypt.
  • The data of each user is isolated during storage in different databases (one database per user).
  • All data exchanges are done by exchanging JSON Web Tokens (JWT) signed by HS256 in order to authenticate a user.


What is included in my subscription?

  • All features are included in your subscription and everything you see in your trial period.
  • The amount of storage for information in your account is unlimited (number of customers, invoices, appointments).
  • Obviously, technical assistance. Do not hesitate to ask questions, share your comments and feedback.

If you have a special request or an idea for new features, we will be more than happy to discuss it with you and eventually make it available for free in our future updates. This way, you and all other users can enjoy it!

What is not included in my subscription?

  • We offer the possibility to create a customized invoice template for your special needs if the one included do not suit you. The cost varies depending on the complexity of the demand. Contact us for more details!
  • Importing data under certain conditions where it requires more manual and technical work.

How does the payment work?

  1. At the end of your trial, your payment information will be requested on the login page (We accept most credit cards). We manage all payments with Stripe, certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (this is the strictest level of certification in the payment industry!)
  2. That’s it! You are now a happy member of Propulso! You will be able to use the application as you did during your trial. You won't lose any information from your trial period. However, we can reset your account if you request it.
  3. Every month, the payment will be debited from your credit card and a receipt will be available in the "Parameters" section of the application as proof of payment.

What happens to my account if an automatic payment is declined?

Your data will always be retained even if the monthly payment has been refused. At this point, you will simply have to re-enter your payment information on the login page.

Once your information is validated, you will be able to log in normally.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time without worrying about complicated contracts. That's why we offer a monthly subscription!
